In the first Sound! Euphonium OP there's a shot of Nagoya Congress Center, so I went to the nearby Nishi Takakura Subway Station and had a look.

In addition to the Nishi Takakura Subway Station you can also walk here from Hibino Subway Station.

This place is also where the nationals are held in episode 12 of season 2 which hadn't aired yet when I was here.

I tried getting as many shots as possible while here, and hoped some of them would match if they showed this place in season 2 though.

And thankfully they did. This is the reverse angle of the previous shots.

Lots of benches in front of the statue, just like in the anime.

The doors and the warning note on the pillar are the same.

Inside the Congress Center. I didn't get a close matching shot here, but you can see the same elevator, event hall sign and stairs in the back.

The stairway to the left is the same.
