Saitama Super Arena is shown in episode 4 of Girls und Panzer. The closest train station is Saitama-Shintoshin Station.

This is where the drawing for the national tankery tournament happens in the show.




It was difficult getting the whole arena building in the shot, so here's another shot from a different angle.

Girls und Panzer - Tank Club Shop

The Tank Club Shop in episode 2 of Girls und Panzer is based on a real place in Tokyo, so I went to have a look. The closest train station is Ichigaya Station.

Unfortunately the shop itself, which was called Norimono Club in real life, closed down in 2017. It was run by the publisher Ikaros Publications which still is located here.

There's no buildings on the other side of the street in real life.

The last Girls und Panzer der Film location I visited this time was the seaside near Ōarai Hotel.

In Ōarai Seaside Hotel they still had the giant Boko teddy bear I saw the last time I visited.
