In Ogawa, Saitama you can see the school building from Non Non Biyori. The closest train station is Ogawamachi Station in Saitama. Make sure you go to the correct Ogawamachi Station, there's one in Tokyo as well!
The school building is about 3 kilometers away from the station, so it's best to rent a bicycle at the local tourism office.
It costs 500 JPY to rent one of these bikes. I've marked the path from the tourism office to the school building in the map below.
Main entrance. The place is no longer used as a school so you can look around. There were a caretaker around when I visited though.

Near the entrance to the school is this map.
They got this donation box where you can give money to save the building.
And there's this folder that got a guestbook in it.
Lots of people who have signed.
And drawn pictures.
I left a note of my own of course. ^_^
