They've removed the chain rope fences, but you can see the filled holes where the fence posts used to be.
The building behind the girls in the shots above is the Otaru Music Box Museum.
Lots of music boxes on display inside.
And you can buy music boxes here as well.

This building with the tower at Marchen Square is the LeTAO sweets shop.

In a side street from Marchen Square you can see this building which is a food shop. You can spot the LeTAO building tower in the background.

If you walk down Sakai-machi street towards Otaru Canal from Marchen Square then you can see this building. I've marked a path from this place to the food shop in the map below.
