Encouragement of Climb - Mount Tonosuyama

Close to Mount Tenranzan is also Mount Tonosuyama that was shown in season 2 of Encouragement of Climb.

At the top there's a chain you can hold on to while climbing the last bit. You can see it in the picture if you look closely.
