Another place I revisited was the Kitano Tenmangū shrine. The easiest way to get there is to take a bus to Kitano Tenmangū-mae.

The torii gate at the entrance.

The same cow statue I saw last time I visited.

And the tower gate.

The purification font is in the middle here.

The sign here is smaller in real life.

The other cow statue that's shown in the anime...

That Ritsu and Yui rubs.

Nodoka is skeptical about what they're doing.

Sawako spots Ritsu and Yui...

And yells at them.

Yui then spots...

Another sign. Not sure if this is the exact same location as shown in the anime, but it was the closest matching one I could see.

The main shrine building.

Next to it is the place where you can buy ema tablets and omamori charms and talismans.
Image from S2E4 - 08m31s
The place where you hang the ema tablets has changed a bit.
Image from S2E4 - 08m36s
Lots more ema here now.
Image from S2E4 - 08m45s
Even a K-On one.
At the shrine I saw this Pokémon stamp rally setup too.

I also went back to Kinkaku-ji Temple.
Image from S2E4 - 06m05s
Where I checked out the tea garden this time.
Image from S2E4 - 06m40s
They give you a choice to sit inside, or outside like in the show.

I had matcha green tea with a wagashi sweet here, just like in the anime.
