Since it was cherry blossom season I also went back to Towa Hall/Nerima Culture Center.

Your Lie in April - Saki Hospital

The hospital where Kousei's mother Saki Arima was staying in Your Lie in April, not to be confused with the hospital where Kaori was staying, is based on Juntendo University Nerima Hospital in real life, so I went to have a look.

The hospital is located near Nerima-Takanodai Station.

Since it was cherry blossom season and nearby I also went back to the cherry blossom viewing spot at Shakujii River that was featured in the show.

Yet another park shown in Your Lie in April is Ochiai Park, which is a short walk from Nakai Station.

Your Lie in April - School

The school where the main characters go to in Your Lie in April seems to be based on Nakase Junior High School in real life so I went and had a look. The closest train station is Shimoigusa Station.

The school is named Sumiya Junior High School in the anime.

None of the school entrances seems to match the one seen in the show.

The building matches though, and there's a sports field in front of it. I couldn't get more pictures of the building itself or the sports field since they were playing baseball there when I visited.

This bus stop is right across the front of the school. I couldn't get the exact angle since there were lots of cars parked here.
