This Cook Fan place is a bit far from both Ōarai and Mito so it's best to have a car or bike to get here.
Just inside they have this cardboard cutout of Anzu Kadotani.

Looks just like in the anime except for all the Girls und Panzer goods.

I had the tank shaped tonkatsu that was also shown in the anime.
They had different ones that were bigger on the menu. I just got the smallest one.

Anzu Kadotani on the chopstick cover as well since she ate here in the anime.
The toothpick holder was shaped like a tank.
There were Girls und Panzer illustrations everywhere.
Even the toilet instructions had Boko teddy bear illustrations.
Lots of goods at the cash register area. If you look closely you can see that the business cards has Girls und Panzer illustrations as well.
