In addition to the Kyoto Animation offices the Lucky Star gang visited some famous tourist attractions in both Kyoto and Nara in episode 21. I visited some of the same locations so here's some pictures.

One of the signs you see at Kyoto station if you take the shinkansen.

Inside Kyoto station.
Tōdai-ji - Nara
The first tourist attraction shown.

This is the Buddha statue from the episode. It's not golden though.
There are golden Buddha statues here, but they don't have options as Konata called them. ^_^
Nara Park - Nara
Image from Episode 21 - 10m05s
Nara Park is of course well-known for the sika deer.
Image from Episode 21 - 10m09s
I actually saw this deer with a bad left eye. It didn't attack me like the one Tsukasa met though.
Kōfuku-ji - Nara
Image from Episode 21 - 10m29s
This is the place where the guys from India asked Tsukasa to take a picture of them.

The pagoda is the same of course.

Same with the octagon hall here.
Kiyomizu-dera - Kyoto
Image from Episode 21 - 12m27s
This temple is famous for its wooden stage seen in this picture.

The grounds below the wooden stage.
Image from Episode 21 - 12m31s
The view of Kyoto from the wooden stage. Wasn't clear enough to see the mountains unfortunately.

Okunoin hall was being renovated when I visited, but you can still recognize the roof if you look closely at the image.
Image from Episode 21 - 12m15s
I didn't get a shot of the metal staff they tried to lift, but you can see this statue in the background.
Ginkaku-ji - Kyoto
Image from Episode 21 - 14m57s
Ginkaku-ji. Even with the name it's not silver as they also commented on in the episode.
Image from Episode 21 - 15m20s
The fence and the rest of the background matches pretty good.
No map since all of these are famous tourist attractions.
These locations were visited on 2014/04/09 and 2014/04/10. The Kyoto Station pictures are from 2014/04/06 and 2014/04/12.
