While in Japan I went to check out the park seen in Kanon. This park is called Showa Memorial Park and Nishi-Tachikawa Station is right next to it. You can also walk there from Tachikawa Station like I did.

This park is really big, but the Kanon locations are all in the lower middle and right parts of this L shaped park.
Make sure you don't crash into any trees while you're there. ^_^

This is the fountain in the park. I've made the location map focus on this.

The small statue in the fountain matches almost perfectly in the anime.

If you arrived from Tachikawa Station like I did and continue on the path that goes past the fountain you'll get to this place. There's more vending machines in the anime, but otherwise it's the same.

This field is right next to the vending machine place.

To get to the middle lower part of the park you'll need to cross a bridge. This place is next to that bridge.

And on the other side of the bridge you'll spot this clock next to a big pond. If you arrived at Nishi-Tachikawa Station you'll get to all these locations in reverse order.
During my visit in this park I also found a shop that sold taiyaki. I just had to get one of course!
