If you take the north exit towards Hilton Tokyo Odaiba from Daiba Station you'll find this place where Lanzhu was walking in the second season OP. If you look closely you can see Aqua City Odaiba in the background.

If you instead take the south exit you'll get to this place in front of Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba where Karin was shown in the same OP.

Right here is also where Karin and Emma is shown buying gelato in the first season. The shop that sold gelato is no longer here though.
