Your Name - Yotsuya Station

Yotsuya Station is another place shown in Makoto Shinkai's Your Name. I visited before but then I only got a shot from a promo not shown in the movie itself.

Taki running from his apartment towards Yotsuya Station. On the right near the vending machine here is a certain rooftop that's also shown in the movie.

Just like in the promo it's the Yotsuya Station Akasaka Exit that's shown in the movie as well, but from different angles.

This is where Taki and Okudera meet up for their date. The station were under renovations while I were here, so that's why there's scaffolding on the outside and some differences inside.

The concrete fence in the front here is at an angle and not straight in real life.

And of Okudera.

Taki and Okudera also meet up here later in the movie.

And the same scene repeats. After meeting up this time, they go for a walk though Minato.

This is the view of some of the station from Yotsuyamitsuke Bridge right next to the Akasaka Exit. I've marked the location of the bridge in the map below.

In between Yotsuya Station and Shinanomachi Station on the Chūō-Sōbu Line, there's also a small bridge where you can get this shot. The bridge is just down the road from where the certain rooftop is located.

Special thanks to the ones who went here before:
