It's hard to tell exactly where to get the shots since it's shown at night and it mostly focuses on the festival stalls and such. There's these grassy mounds where the SOS Brigade seems to be sitting though.

The festival is not at the baseball field, but at the nearby running track / other ball sports area. You can see the baseball field floodlights in the background here though.
