In episode 6 of Your Lie in April there's some train crossings near Ōizumi-gakuen Station that are shown. These should not be confused with the train crossing near Kami-Shakujii Station that's also shown in the same anime.

The crossroad here doesn't actually exist in real life, but you can see the sign and red fire extinguisher box that's shown in the anime shot.

Somehow Tsubaki gets transported to a road near a train crossing slightly further away from Ōizumi-gakuen Station in this shot.

At the crossing closer to Ōizumi-gakuen Station is also where Tsubaki carries Kousei at the start of the episode and where Kousei carries Tsubaki at the end. I've marked a path from this crossing going to the crossing further away and then ending up at the nearby bridge in the map below.
