A Silent Voice - Cinema

The cinema that's shown in A Silent Voice is supposedly based on Ogaki Korona Cinema World, so I went and had a look.

It doesn't look that much like the one shown in the movie.

This seems to be the only cinema in Ōgaki though.

Nishimiya and Yuzuru meets up with Ishida outside Ōgaki Station later in the movie to go to the cinema.

The station is under renovations so this reverse view doesn't match. I've marked a path from the cinema to the train station in the map below though.




I saw this poster that shows how the station building will look after the renovations.

They're changing the insides of the station as well. The area on the right here used to be what's shown in the movie.




Inside the train station I also saw these big posters which was drawn by Yoshitoki Ōima, the creator of the A Silent Voice manga.
