This is the view in the direction Aika was facing, which is shown in other episodes of the show. The bridge here is a private bridge that doesn't have an official name. If you look closely at the picture you can see another bridge in the distance that's not shown in the anime shots which is named Ponte dei Consorzi.

This shot is taken from the unnamed private bridge, which leads into some shops so you're allowed to go on it even if it's private. You can see the Ponte dei Consorzi bridge on the left in the shot. Pauly & C. which used to be located here seems to have been shut down in 2016. I've marked the short path from Fondamenta della Canonica to the unnamed private bridge in the map below.
