Oreimo - Amusement Arcade

Since I was passing through Chiba while getting Kiniro Mosaic pictures, I also got some pictures of an amusement arcade seen in both seasons of Oreimo.

Shot from the first season of the show. The arcade is on the left here.

Kirino playing Taiko Drum Master by the entrance.

They didn't have any machines by the entrance, but they did have some inside in real life. If you look closely you can see that this was a Touhou Project x Taiko Drum Master one.

The amusement arcade was also shown in the episode from the second season where Kyosuke and Kirino went on a fake date. This is outside JR Chiba Station, which was still undergoing renovations.

And joins Kyosuke outside the station.

Didn't see any cafés here in real life, just lots of other shops.

The upper parts of the station building is still the same.

Dutch angle shot.

Manami has noticed Kyosuke and Kirino.

JR Chiba Station is further down the road from here.

Some of the buildings have changed, but both the yellow and white ones in the back are still the same.

The building in the background here has changed the most.

It's just opposite the amusement arcade, which is Adores Chiba in real life. I've marked the path from JR Chiba Station to this place in the map below.

Purikura photo booths inside the amusement arcade.

Lots of UFO catcher crane games as well.

Kuroneko spots Kyosuke and Kirino. The left side sort-of matches, but the purikura photo booths are located further inside in real life.
