Lucky Star - Washinomiya Shrine New Year

I also visited Washinomiya Shrine which was shown in Lucky Star yet again for New Year's.

The torii gate collapsed back in August and hadn't been rebuilt yet. You can see the bamboo rods where the gate used to be.

The Hiiragi sisters stone tablet is still there though.

A lot more visitors than shown in the anime.

Food stalls along the path leading up to the main shrine building.

I got some yakisoba to eat, and it came with some Grisaia: Phantom Trigger chopsticks.

I also saw lots of anime ema tablets here of course.

Full view of the ema hanging place. Extra large picture to show more details.

Lots of tied up o-mikuji fortunes as well.

Just outside the shrine they had lots of stalls selling goods.

Lucky Star goods everywhere.

More Lucky Star goods.

Even Lucky Star food and drinks.

Another stall had other anime drinks including AnoHana ones in the wooden box in the middle here.

Tobu Railway anime girls goods for sale too.

Lucky Star banners still up.

On the way back to the station I also passed this eating place that had lots of Lucky Star decorations.

I also checked out the store right next to Washinomiya Station again, which had new Lucky Star posters outside.

Another poster.

They still had decorations inside too. I've marked a path from the shrine to this store in the map below.

I bought a Lucky Star x Full Metal Panic pin button at one of the stalls at the shrine, which also came with a Lucky Star x The Fruit of Grisaia bag. In this picture is also a Lucky Star anime pilgrimage book with postcards I bought at Comiket 95.
