A Silent Voice - Ōgaki Welfare Hall

While in Ōgaki I also checked out the Ōgaki Welfare Hall which was shown in A Silent Voice since I learned that they welcomed visitors to take pictures inside.

I saw a guard walking around checking all the rooms, so I managed to get a quick picture looking inside one of the rooms here while he was checking it. This is on 4F. The room on 3F is actually a kitchen.
