Your Name - Suga Shrine

Some other places we visited shown in Makoto Shinkai's Your Name were near Suga Shrine which is close to Yotsuyasanchome Station.

These three images all show the same staircase near Suga Shrine. Most of the buildings in the background doesn't match though.

Just in front of the bottom part of the staircase is this crossroad.

And this forked road is also nearby. I've marked the path from the shrine via the crossroad to here in the location map below.

I had bought a bottle of Suntory water earlier in the day so I took a picture of it at the top of the staircase, just as in the CM. Only bought the normal water and not the yoghurt one though.




I did try the yoghurt water later on. It tasted very sugary.




We also checked out the shrine itself even if it's not in the trailers.




Seemed like a pretty normal shrine.
