The shrine in Inari, Konkon, Koi Iroha is Fushimi Inari Shrine in Kyoto. I've visited this place and here's some comparison shots.

In front of JR Fushimi-Inari station. This is the closest train station to the shrine.

Closeup of the fox statue.

The main gate. It was early morning when I went here so it was hard get certain shots without the sun in it.

Closer view of the main gate.
On the right side of the main gate they had this cardboard cutout of Uka from Inari, Konkon, Koi Iroha. ^_^

Right next to Uka there's also this fox statue.

Another fox statue. This one is in front of the main shrine building.

The main shrine building.

To the left of the main shrine building is the place where you can buy amulets. You can also see the place where you can hang torii ema.
Closeup of torii ema.
They also had several of these Inari, Konkon, Koi Iroha posters at the shrine. This one was hanging on the building where one could buy amulets.

Heading up the pathway to the thousands of torii gates.

I think I actually found the exact spot here. There's the stone gate and the empty space. My picture is a bit further away though.
Image from Episode 10 - 19m39s
These two rows of gates are called senbon torii.

Inside one of the rows of gates.

Another match shot with more torii gates.
Image from Episode 6 - 18m55s
There's a lot of these mounds in certain places along the path. This is as far up the mountain as I went.
Image from Episode 1 - 02m24s
Heading back. On the back of the torii gates you can see the names of gate donators.
Image from Episode 1 - 01m41s
More people were starting to arrive at the shrine as I was leaving.
Image from Episode 6 - 09m33s
You can see the store in the background that matches in this last shot.
No map since this is a famous tourist attraction.
