Slightly closer look. The buildings in the back matches, even if the ones in the front doesn't any more.

Image from Episode 10 - 06m20s

This is Nakajimakōendōri Station. Most of the buildings seems to have changed, so only the tram stop itself seems to match any more.

Here's a picture from Nakajimakōendōri Station of one of the trams that runs here.

Kanon - Underpass

Next on the list of Kanon places to visit in Sapporo was an underpass shown in episode 8, so I went to the closest tram stop which is Yamahanajūkujō Station.

At the location of Yamahanajūkujō Station is this intersection which was also shown in the anime.

View down to the underpass from the bridge. In the anime it's mirrored.

The concrete walls got the same holes in it.

And here's the underpass. If you look at the wall art you can see that this has been mirrored in the anime as well.

Kanon - Hospital

The Nakamura Memorial Hospital building is shown in a couple of episodes of Kanon. The closest station is a tram stop called Nishijūgochōme Station.

Image from Episode 1 - 09m31s

Nayuki points out the hospital to Yuichi in the first episode.

Image from Episode 24 - 15m36s

They seemed to be doing some construction on the site next to the hospital, so the fence here has been replaced with plate walls.

Image from Episode 22 - 02m05s

Front of the building.

Image from Episode 23 - 21m29s

It started snowing the day I was here, so in this picture you can see snow on the ground if you look closely.

Image from Episode 14 - 20m01s

Front from another angle.

Image from Episode 6 - 17m06s

On the other side of the street from the hospital is also this place where Ayu and Yuichi split up after going to the movies.
