I also went back to Yoyogi Station to get more shots shown in Makoto Shinkai's Your Name.

Close to Yoyogi Station there's also Kita-Sando Subway Station where Mitsuha is seen entering the station. There's no train running between the two stations, so I've marked a path between them in the map below.

Another place where we see Taki and Okudera in Makoto Shinkai's Your Name is The National Art Center in Tokyo.
