The place where she's doing this is at the back of a takoyaki place called WaraTako, which is located inbetween the Sitting Area and the place shown as Spica.

Keke is shown later on in front of another place near WaraTako called La Fée Délice. It's difficult to see the matching bits because of the trees here, but if you look closely near Keke's neck you can see the same white and blue plate on the wall.

Keke is eating a crepe further to the west of the place shown as Spica at this roadside flower bed and street light.

And a tiny bit further west are these stairs where Ren is shown standing. I've marked a path through all the locations ending up here in the map below.
