The last place I had time to visit this time was the clinic that Hijiri Kirishima runs in Air. The closest train station is Kunitachi Station.

Closer look from the second episode.

No noticeboard here in real life.

Hijiri and Potato outside the clinic in the last episode.
Image from Episode 12 - 16m40s
This place is an eye clinic in real life.
Image from Episode 6 - 05m22s
The rest of the street next to the clinic doesn't match.
Image from Episode 3 - 16m23s
Neither does the street leading towards the train station.
Image from Episode 2 - 08m45s
There's no Books Shimano either, but in the building next to it is a book store. This store is located where the building with the blue awning is in the anime shot.
Image from Episode 2 - 08m52s
This rice shop used to be located along the street here, but it's been removed. I got this picture of another building here that sort-of looks like it. It's not the same one though.
Image from Episode 2 - 16m10s
Across the street from the building that's not the rice shop there's also this flower shop that might have been shown in the anime, but just for this brief moment in the second episode.
Image from Episode 2 - 07m01s
This Keio bus Asahi-dori-sakashita stop sign and the green fence behind it is located across the street and slightly further away from the clinic. The building on the left wasn't here when the anime was made, so it matched a bit more back then.
Image from Episode 1 - 18m28s
At Kunitachi Station there's a bus stop that has a similar looking roof as in the show.
Image from Episode 3 - 17m47s
Closeup of the bus stop. I've marked a path from this bus stop to the clinic in the map below.
Image from Episode 1 - 18m14s
There's more bus stops at the station, but they have new roofs that looks different now. The other elements in this anime shot I've gotten pictures of earlier since they're not located in Tokyo, but near the Kyoto Animation main office.

Tachikawa Anican 2017
While back in Tokyo I checked out the Tachikawa Anican 2017 anime event.
The event was held underneath the Tama Monorail tracks near Tachikawa Station.
Lots of booths and a talk stage.
Lots of people checking out the various booths.
Even the military had a booth. If you look closely at the picture you can see a poster from the Gate anime inside the booth on the right.
They also had the JSDF mascot Touchi around, here posing with a You Watanabe from Love Live Sunshine cosplayer.
On the right here is the Tachikawa mascot Udolla.
More pictures of cosplayers, including this Misaka Mikoto from Index and Railgun cosplayer.
Ram and Rem from Re:Zero.
Asuna and Kirito from Sword Art Online.
Nozomi and Eli from Love Live.
And even Spider-Man.
At the far end of the event area there were lots of itasha decorated cars.
Vocaloid cars.
Different visual novel cars. This one is of Sayo Suzugaya from Suisou Ginka no Istoria.
Carol the Witch from Maggot Baits.
And a Aoi Tori car with a cosplayer.
Alice Wish-Heart from the pachislot Magical Halloween series.
There were even one of Unity-chan, the Unity Game Engine mascot.
Anime cars as well of course, like these Girls und Panzer ones.
Love Live and Love Live Sunshine.
Tsubasa Kisaragi from Aikatsu Stars.
Show By Rock.
Shirobako.
High School Fleet.
Hibiki from Kantai Collection.
And a Hidamari Sketch car. I actually know the owner of this car, berukenn, from Twitter.
While checking out the event I got one of these Udolla mascot hats they handed out.
No location map since it's no longer there.
